Clare Maddalena
Founder, Senior Yoga Teacher, Antenatal Educator & Doula
Hi! I’m Clare and I am a Senior Yoga Teacher & Antenatal Educator registered with both Yoga Alliance Professionals and FEDANT. I have loved teaching yoga for over two decades.
I am a Doula (since 2012) and have supported numerous people before, during and after childbirth.
I am an Antenatal Educator (since 2007) and all our Teacher Training content has been thoroughly assessed and accredited by FEDANT; the best mark of excellence in midwifery, antenatal education and doula work.
I have 20+ years professional experience in this field. As soon as I took my first yoga class in my early 20s I knew this was for me. It was a calling.
When I had my son in 2006 and became passionate about offering yoga and all its myriad of benefits to help mums-to-be and new mums.
Because I love what I do, you’ll still find me teaching my own local classes here in the heart of Brighton’s North Laines. Come along and say hi!
In my time, I have worked with tens of thousands of women and their families, spoken at numerous conferences, lectured at midwifery events and sparked many discussions on how we can help make birth positive and empowering on social media and within my community.
It’s been my life-long passion and I would be delighted to share this with you on one of our trainings.
