Nope. Our 100hr Pregnancy Yoga training is a complete course where you will learn EVERYTHING you need to teach specialist pregnancy yoga and birth preparation classes; no previous yoga or birth experience needed.

You will be accredited with FEDANT the regulatory body for antenatal educators in the UK as a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher , Antenatal Educator and/or Postnatal Yoga Teacher.

Our online Pregnancy Yoga Teacher training costs £1,499.
If you need to spread the payments, it is 6 monthly payments of £290 (£1,740 total).

No, you need to be able to have a normal range of movement and be able to demonstrate but our yoga is accessible for all types of bodies and fitness levels.
You will learn to adapt to all the different abilities in your classes and adapt to your own unique body as well.
You will probably find that by teaching several classes a week you will become fitter and more flexible yourself and feel all the wellness benefits of yoga in your life.

Not anymore, we dropped the franchise model back in 2019.
The money you earn from your classes is your own, we take nothing. All LushTums teachers are self-employed and in charge of their own businesses.
We offer trainings, workshops and CPDs and continued support to all our teachers.
This includes:
Inclusion on the LushTums website (or we can link to your website) so you can benefit from our excellent SEO,
A LushTums email address,
Invites to monthly Q&A Power Hours (on Zoom) and
A special private Teacher’s WhatsApp group for any questions and on-going connection and support.
Special Discounts on our trainings, workshops and CPDs.
All for a set up fee of £99 followed by a small monthly fee of £45.
We do have an agreement within our Teachers Community regarding where you set up your classes (see our Term & Conditions) so that we can work together to help each other.

The training is 100hrs and takes roughly 3 months to complete. It is made up of: -
● Live Q&A tutorials on zoom (monthly)
● Pre-recorded videos (watch in your own time)
● Observations of 6 other classes
● 6 practice classes you teach (and record one to send to us for feedback)
● Several written assignments
● Reading the PDF manual (you can print these locally)
● Reading your chosen book and sharing your book review

Sometimes due to commitments or timezones people are unable to make some of the live zooms and that is fine - they are all recorded so you can watch them later. You will also have a WhatsApp group where you can ask questions along the way as well.

Congratulations! Yes absolutely - you are welcome to join us when you are pregnant or have a baby. Lots of people train whilst on maternity leave and then don’t return to their previous job instead they begin their new career. Many people join the live Q&A’s with a little one in their arms!

No, we have some fantastic teachers who are child-free and several who were fairly new to yoga.

These are shorter 50hr courses designed to give you the info you don’t already have and enable you to set up your new Pregnancy Yoga classes fast. Study in your own time, complete a few assignments and you are ready to go!
