No, you need to be able to have a normal range of movement and be able to demonstrate but our yoga is accessible for all types of bodies. You will learn to adapt to all the different abilities in your classes and adapt to your own unique body as well. You will probably find that teaching several classes a week you will become fitter and more flexible

Not anymore, we dropped the franchise model in 2019. The money you earn from your classes is your own, we take nothing. We offer trainings and workshops and continued support for our community of teachers who are all self-employed and in charge or their own businesses. We do have an agreement within our Teachers Community regarding where you set up your classes (see our Term & Conditions). There is an option to have your own LushTums webpage and email address for a set up fee of £99 followed by a small monthly fee of £35.

We get it! It can be scary starting something new on your own. That is why we offer business mentoring with founder Clare Maddalena. She will help you set your goals and achieve them. Download the brochure and find out more here

The training is 100hrs but takes roughly 3 months to complete. This is made up of: -
● live Q&A tutorials on zoom
● pre-recorded videos
● observations of classes
● practice classes you teach (and record to send to us)
● written assignments
● reading the pdf manual
● reading your chosen book
-
Sometimes due to commitments or timezones people are unable to make any of the live zooms and that is fine, they are all recorded so you can watch them later. You will have a whats app group where you can ask questions as well.

Congratulations! Yes absolutely - you are welcome to join us when you are pregnant or have a baby. Lots of people train whilst on maternity leave and then don’t return to their previous job instead beginning their new career. Many people join the live QnA’s with a little one in their arms.
